Prices quoted are per room per night, based on a maximum of two people sharing, and are inclusive of our delicious breakfast and service charge.

Discounts are available on stays of 3 nights or more. On booking, guests will be charged for the total amount of the first night’s stay for each room as a non-refundable deposit. The balance of the payment due is subject to a 7 day cancellation policy. In the event of cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date, 75% of the total booking cost will be charged. The 7 day cancellation policy also applies to any part of the original reservation once guests have begun their stay. Minimum Night Stay Requirement - we have a minimum night stay requirement of 2 nights. However, we do occasionally have odd nights available and, therefore, single night enquiries are welcome but availability cannot be guaranteed.
